Terms
The buyer. The buyer sees the commission amount in the contract before the first viewing. The owner receives the full sale amount and no invoices from the agency.

Short answers. The agent will show you the detailed terms in the contract at the first meeting.
Indicative prices – in the table above. The agent will name the exact price after the visit: it depends on the condition, floor, documents and how quickly you want to sell.
At market price, an apartment sells in 3–8 weeks, houses and land – in two to six months. The first viewings start on the fourth day after publication.
The agency earns on the buyer's side. The owner receives the full sale amount, and the agency gets an exclusive listing for its buyer database.
The owner issues a power of attorney at a Ukrainian consulate or with a notary in the country of residence, with an apostille. The agency's lawyer checks the power of attorney, then your representative completes the deal at a notary in Zakarpattia. We take care of the viewings, negotiations and documents.
A share in common shared ownership can be sold if you first offer it to the co-owners in writing: they have a pre-emptive right to buy. A property in joint ownership can be sold only with the consent of all owners. The agency's lawyer will prepare the notice and documents.
An address and the area are enough for a valuation. The lawyer checks the documents before publication: ownership title, technical passport, no debts or encumbrances.
